Construction Features

The arm is made of rectangular drawn aluminiumtubes, with silver plated copper fingers (thicknessaccorded to rated current).

The contact pressure is ensured by stainless steelsprings. All the hardware of the live part is made ofstainless steel.

The male (fixed) contacts are also silver plated andprotected from corona effects by suitable coronashields, according to rated voltage.They are bolted directly on the top of the insulator.

The base frame and the rotary support are made ofhot-dip galvanized steel profiles.The bearings are sealed and greased for a lifetime ofmaintenance free operation.

All our design and manufacturing process is ruled byISO 9001 certified procedures to guarantee a perfectrepetitivity of the performances from the type-testingto the delivery of series.
